Shanghai Forging Association Visits for Guidance and Training

On July 9th, 2023, leaders of the Shanghai Forging Association visited our company for guidance and provided skills training for our forging line workers.

Teacher Yu from the Forging Association first gave an overview of the forging industry. Forging is one of the fundamental processes in mechanical manufacturing and an indispensable and important manufacturing process for mechanical products, occupying an important position in the industry. The parts manufactured by forging process not only have high strength and good toughness, but also are material saving, energy-saving, low cost, and suitable for mass production. Therefore, it has broad development prospects.

Next, Teacher Sun shared with everyone the concept and classification of forging, the working principle of forging equipment, correct usage methods, and emergency operations in case of emergency accidents. The operation procedures of each post, key points of production, common defects of forgings and cause analysis are mainly introduced. Emphasis was placed on various methods for successful self safety protection by forging workers in production.
