Fulfilling Duties to Ensure Safety — Shanghai Xingdao Forging Co., Ltd. Actively Participates in Enterprise Leader Safety Training
April 9, 2026 – In order to thoroughly implement the Work Safety Law and the relevant requirements of Shanghai regarding the primary responsibility of enterprises for work safety, to further enhance the level of enterprise safety management, and to strengthen the "first responsible person" awareness of key leaders, the principal leader of Shanghai Xingdao Forging Co., Ltd. recently actively responded to the call and participated in the 2026 Special Safety Production Training for primary enterprise leaders.
This training focused on the new work safety situation at the beginning of the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, aiming to address safety management pain points in enterprise daily production through systematic learning. During the training, senior safety experts provided an in-depth interpretation of relevant laws and regulations, focusing on the safety characteristics of the industrial and trade sector (forging is a metal hot-working process characterized by high temperatures, high pressure, and high mechanization intensity).
As a typical metal hot-working enterprise, Shanghai Xingdao Forging has always regarded work safety as the "lifeline" of its development. The participating leader stated that the training content was "full of practical value," including both in-depth analysis of typical accident cases as warnings and detailed guidance on practical aspects such as establishing a dual prevention mechanism, working in confined spaces, and subcontractor management. In particular, the special lecture on "how to implement a full-staff work safety responsibility system" provided a clear path for the enterprise to establish a sound responsibility system from management down to frontline teams.
After the training, the leader of Shanghai Xingdao Forging shared his insights: "If safety is not managed well, no matter how big the enterprise is, it is like a castle built on sand. The forging industry has a complex operating environment and allows no room for the slightest carelessness. After returning, we will immediately carry out self-inspections and self-corrections, and implement the 'eight measures' and closed-loop management concepts learned in the training into every workshop and every workstation."
Through this training, not only was the legal risk prevention awareness of the enterprise leader enhanced, but the company's determination to ensure high-quality development with a high level of safety was also strengthened. As a next step, the company plans to combine the training content with organizing a full-staff work resumption safety warning education and emergency drills, effectively weaving a tight "safety net" for the enterprise.
